About me
Rick Myers was admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1971. His practice includes service as a chapter 7 trustee and a state court receiver. Rick was first elected to serve as a trustee in 1974 and subsequently was named to the initial panel of private trustees when the Bankruptcy Code was adopted in 1978.
His practice has emphasized representation of secured lenders in lending and bankruptcy matters. He represents closely held corporations and individual clients in estate planning.
For several years, Mr. Myers has enjoyed practicing law on a part time schedule, spending winters in Palm Springs, California.
Rick previously served as an International Director of Lions Clubs International and as President of the Nebraska Bank Attorneys Association.
