Operated non-profit, low-income housing provider, which required operating and management of multiple properties including 52-unit apartment complex, and confirmed a plan of reorganization. Served as an assignee for a variety of businesses including two specialty ice cream manufacturers, a mail-order pharmacy, a law firm, a catering business, children’s summer camp, window contractor, regional dental practice, coffee roaster and distributor, and an international beauty care device manufacturer. Administered thousands of chapter 7 bankruptcy estates, many of which have included and required investigation and forensic accounting of failed or failing businesses to identify fraud and other improper activity.
