About me
My name is Lawrence Dockery and I am the Trustee Assistant to William Fava, in both the Northern District of Mississippi and the Western District of Tennessee. I became a Trustee Assistant in 2022 but have been involved in the bankruptcy practice since 2014, mainly in representing debtors in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases. Outside of bankruptcy, I have been a soccer referee since 2006 and have been selected for events such as USYS Southern Regionals in 2023, USYS Southern Presidents Cup in 2024 and 2025, and USYS National Presidents Cup in 2024. I’ve also been a soccer journalist and podcast host since 2014 and have been credentialed to cover 181 games in six different states, including the 2023 NCAA College Cup semi-finals and National Championship, the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
