John-Patrick Fritz is a partner at Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P., a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in bankruptcy and restructuring. He is also a subchapter V trustee and, to date, has been appointed in more than 100 cases. John-Patrick began his bankruptcy career as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Maureen A. Tighe, then joined his firm in 2009, where he has practiced almost exclusively in chapter 11 bankruptcy law to the present, representing mainly corporate and individual debtors in small and middle market cases, in addition other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases, and serving as a subchapter V trustee.
