Ingrid Michelsen Hillinger is a Professor of Law at Boston College Law School. College of William & Mary. She has taught a variety of commercial law/bankruptcy subjects including Secured Transactions, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Contracts and Payment Systems. She is co-author of COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS: SECURED FINANCING, CASES, MATERIALS & PROBLEMS, now in its third edition, and co-editor of CHAPTER 11 THEORY & PRACTICE: A GUIDE TO REORGANIZATION. She has written numerous journal articles and given lectures on a variety of UCC and bankruptcy-related topics. She is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the Education Committee of the First Circuit Fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy. She is also the faculty advisor to the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest, a LexisNexis-Mathew Bender publication which annotates all UCC cases.
